Meet Dr. Bill Mulgrew
Dr. Bill Mulgrew has been practicing orthodontics in Kelowna since 1995. Like many Okanagan residents, he was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. He graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Alberta in 1989. His active lifestyle drew him to Victoria, BC, to practice general dentistry.
Dr. Mulgrew's interest in orthodontics began in dental school. He enjoyed the analytical nature of orthodontics, and after four years of general dentistry practice, he decided to return to university to work on his specialization. Dr. Mulgrew attended the Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland for two years of orthodontic specialty training, graduating in 1995.
Dr. Mulgrew feels fortunate to practice in Kelowna, one of the best places in the world to live. His family truly enjoys the Okanagan lifestyle, and in the summer, they can be found on the golf course or on the water, skiing, boarding, or wakesurfing. In the winter months, they enjoy skiing and snowboarding at Big White.

Because each patient is different, this profession provides Dr. Smith with the opportunity to think creatively when choosing treatment options to address a patient's unique needs.
Dr. Smith combines exceptional skill with a warm personality and feels a great sense of privilege knowing that she has the opportunity be a positive influence in her patients’ lives. For Dr. Smith, Orthodontics is a joy for so many reasons, but her favourite part is the relationships she builds with her team and patients.
